“ Today was our first time in! But, it will not be our last! The hostess was very friendly and nice! We were lost and she talked with us until we were in front of the restaurant! She seated us and our server Nancy was right there to take our order! Customer service at its best! Nancy A. was very friendly, nice and helpful! She went over the menu in great detail! Chef Sterling came over and Introduced himself. And he also took a few pictures with us! He went over the menu and suggested a few things. We ordered wagyu steak, scallops grits, miso pork, half bird, greens, mac & cheese, lemonade, tea for one, smokin section and hummingbird for dessert! An everything was absolutely delicious! 10 out 10! Chef Sterling and his staff put their hearts & souls on the plate! Can wait to go back! Much Love, Respect and Blessings to Palate and Chef Sterling! ”
“ My family and I have been looking to eat here for quite a bit and finally went in for brunch. Fantastic! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was "lick-the-plate" good. I would definitely recommend this as a great local spot. ”
“ Absolutely phenomenal!!! I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The service was impeccable. Our waiter was extremely well versed in the entire menu. Attentive, respectful and perfectly pleasant. The food blew our socks off as well! The presentation alone proves you SHOULD judge a book by its cover the flavors and textures were expertly balanced and I can’t wait to go back for the blackened octopus! Best restaurant in Las Vegas and I’ve been telling everyone ”
“ Went here for a late dinner, not busy, but should have been! This place is so special. Drinks, food, staff, even the live singers ( including thw bartender) were really amazing. Our server made all the best recommendations for food and did not disappoint. Will definitly come back! ”
“ This was our second time visiting Palate, but tonight we didn’t just go for the happy hour. On our first visit we enjoyed a couple of drinks each from the happy hour menu and some of their snacks, happy hour is wed-Fri 3pm to 6pm and the prices are hard to beat for the quality food and drinks you receive. Tonight we went again for their happy hour and their Wednesday special of 1 oysters. The oysters were superb and if you can go on a Wednesday and love oysters I highly recommend giving it a shot. Minimum of 6 oysters per round, we ordered 2 rounds and could have done more if we weren’t there mostly tonight to finally try their dinner menu. After happy hour and oysters we were seated in one of their nice booths by Monica and then Zack took care of us. A wonderful waiter, 11/10 just for the staff alone. We started with the queso di Saganaki and then shared their Southern Hospitality. The cheese was incredible, so was the fried chicken after including all complementary sides. The bisquits were soft and cheesy accompanied by a delicious fruity butter and jam, perfect pairing. The kimchi mac n cheese though, I can’t even describe how good it was. It’s definitely different with the kimchi but it was one of the best sides of mac’n’cheese we ever had. If I were to critique anything it would be that all our dishes were a bit on the salty side, which I didn’t mind because I love salty food, but the average person might have found it a bit overpowering. Our drinks were also all wonderful. The Last Word stood out the most to me, but if that one was a 10/10 then all the others were between 7/10 and 9/10. We are planning on going this Sunday for their brunch and it will for sure not have been our last time visiting Palate for a delicious dinner. There are so many more things on the menu we need to try. Update: Came back once again for their 1 oyster special and also tried the charred Nappa cabbage, as well as their pork belly. Everything is still incredible - service, food quality, price for what you get. We can’t recommend this place enough and will continue to come back whenever we can ”
“ Brunch at Palate Las Vegas Absolute Main Character Energy If you’re looking for a basic brunch, keep scrolling. But if you want culinary artistry, flawless service, and a vibe that screams “we brunch in style” — Palate is the spot. The moment we sat down, we were treated like royalty. The staff? Impeccable. The energy? Chic. And let’s talk about the extras — because yes, we were spoiled. On the house espresso martini shots and a whimsical cloud of cotton candy for the table? Don’t mind if we do. Every bite was gourmet-level — bold flavors, stunning presentation, and dishes that made us say “wow” out loud more than once. This isn’t just brunch. This is a brunch experience. Request Fiola she’s amazing! #BougieBrunch #PalateLV #CottonCandyAndCocktails #EspressoMartiniMagic ”
“ I came here with my friend for restaurant week and we had a great time. The design of the restaurant is fun, the artwork is really cool. The menu was inspiring and I couldn’t wait to try all the dishes we ordered. Everything we got was creative and delicious. This restaurant made it on the list of favorite spots and I will definitely be back. ”
“ I was surprised by this place. I'm usually a more value driven diner. My wife and I came for brunch and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. It really is a step above many of the other restaurants in the arts district. The service was really sharp, changing silverware and scraping the table per course. We had fantastic chive biscuits with the absolute perfect texture. The jam and butter were amazing as well. The side hash browns were an amazing potato dish. Cubed and fried with such great buttery consistency and strong seasoning that I didn't ask for ketchup, which I usually do for has browns. These were more like a high end side at a fancy steak restaurant. Then the Jerk Pork Shoulder came with this sauce that I absolutely loved. Like a Jerk sauce and mole sauce with a perfectly cooked pork shoulder. Everything was very well executed, great flavors that experiment and play a bit with interesting influences. It's worth the price. This is a very cool place with amazing service and food. ”
